I went to a building in Singapore a few years back and theres no 13th floor and no 4th floor. Just skipped the numbers. Funny.

Yeah.. I asked around about 13th floor awhile ago, its the superstitious thing about it being unlucky. I never notice about the 4th floor before but I guess it would be the same thing, 4 being unlucky by chinese beliefs..
Just a guess though...
